- What is included in an express wash vs. a full detail?
- An express wash covers the exterior: soap wash, rinse, dry, and tire shine. A full detail adds interior vacuuming, dashboard wipe-down, window cleaning inside and out, and a hand wax.
- Can I switch between plans?
- Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your Employee Plus subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
- How does the corporate plan billing work?
- Corporate accounts receive a single monthly invoice based on the headcount tier. Employees book through the app and their washes are billed to the company account.
- Is there a contract or commitment?
- No. Pay-Per-Wash has no commitment. Employee Plus and Corporate plans are month-to-month with no long-term contract required.
- What happens during bad weather?
- If conditions prevent safe or effective detailing, we will notify you and reschedule at no charge. Your booking is never wasted.
- Do you offer plans for large campuses?
- Yes. Our Corporate Enterprise tier is designed for campuses with 200+ employees at $1,800/month, with dedicated crew routing, priority scheduling, and a reduced platform rate.
